So your Volkswagen Jetta Or Bora Trunk wont open?  We have made the fix for you!   We even provided a video that shows how easy this is to replace.  If you can turn a screwdriver and watch the youtube video you can install this without having to spend 300-400 at the dealership.  We have have hundreds of reviews of feedback on our website and more videos.  Please watch our videos so you get an understanding of whats broken and how to fix it.
We provide a lifetime NO BS warranty, we have sold thousands of these and have not had one break.  How?  This dealer replacement bracket plastic part and our competitors has a part that is mounted to the bracket is made from injection molded plastic and is very thin (.055 that is less than 1/16 of an inch or less than 1.4 mm) and weak which is why if you replace it other places it will only break again.  Instead our plastic is cut from a solid strip of plastic from a CNC machine our part measures in at 4X the thickness (ours is .220 or 5.6mm) at the point where others break!

Their part thickness 1.4mm (.055 less than 1/16 of an inch)  Our part is 4X stronger thickness 5.6mm (.220 of an inch)  Our patented part is the only one of its kind.  Please BEWARE there is copies of our product floating around that customers have bought and said to have only hours after operation it broke.    If it doesnt look like the product seen in the installation video and picture above with two parts and screws... then you are looking at a copy of our product.
This fits any US models from 1999 to 2005.5 VW Jetta no matter your engine or trim it all uses the same part.
*This trunk/ boot fix also works in all other countries VW Jetta as well we have sold these in over 40 countries and counting.  If outside the US just make sure your series is an MKIV series jetta/bora.

What a great simple fix. It took me longer to take the carpet cover off than it did to install the trunk fix.
It would have cost over $200 to have this done at the dealership, and it took me less that 10 minuets do it myself. What a great product, Tha...
